Charlie started puppy school today.. straight up he was “teacher’s pet” and there was an instant attraction to a fellow Student, little female poodle called Poppy.. they were making puppy dog eyes at each other. Charlie’s teacher was very knowledgeable and I think we will get a lot out of doing her lessons.. she was also very informative about products and food that will benefit Charlie’s health and wellbeing.
The Rothwell Pet Barn team are always friendly and very helpful. Bailey has served us twice now and provided helpful hints and ticks to help with our cat. With price matching and great service we will keep coming back.
Brilliant customer service, acknowledged quickly once instore. North Lakes store is closer to where I live, but selection and goods on display is so much better at Rothwell along with the friendly service.
Went 3 times to North Lakes store only to be ignored. Much prefer to drive the extra 5-10 minutes out to Rothwell. With kitty litter and a few bits, I spend a minimum of $150 a visit.
Love Petbarn but go where the service with a smile is.
The girls did such a brilliant job with my bearded collie x tasmanian smithfield terrier (unless I took the wrong dog home)
I've always found petbarn franchise all stores are great friendly staff most have been working there for a long time and pursue this as a long term career as most have the same to similar interests in animals and are extremely knowledgeable in the products and if you didn't no this but they will price match if u find the same item online at a cheaper price so ya really can't get much better then that as its already cheap then when u get it cheaper you feel great knowing that they are there to get the best prices for you and the right products for your pets highly recommended across the board don't matter what petbarn you go to its all the same I hope my review helps you out if it does can u give me a thumbs up and follow me for more reviews
Today I shopped in your store ,every time I visit and that’s regularly the staff are so helpful, but today even more so when Bailey assisted me , he made my day with his happy , smiley and friendly personality his parents should be proud what an extraordinary man.

staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of parking available. unfortunately every time I've been there they do not have the one product I go in for - feliway diffuser refills... must be a lot.of stressed cats on the peninsula. will have to shop online instead.
Bree & Lisa give this store the best vibe. They're knowledgeable and are always willing to help you out with any pet queries you many have. Every staff member is pleasant.
